I Was Alice in Wonderland

MY NAME IS PAT and I am an alcoholic. I drank for some twenty years before finding the program of Alcoholics Anonymous in December 1966. During that time, I lost many things, but I also acquired many--eleven children. I thought the reason I drank was that my talents, which were along creative and artistic lines, were frustrated by my life of household drudgery. It was quite a shock when I woke up sober in AA one day and realized how creative I had been!
