Carrying the Message

I'm sorry I waited so long to let you know how very much I appreciated all the letters that poured in here in response to my letter in the April 1971 issue ("Woman-to-Woman Talk Wanted"). I answered each and every one, and believe me, the post office made money off me in stamps! But every penny was well worth it. Some still write me. And through one, in Minnesota, I was introduced to World Hello, and that newsletter gave me more people to write to and come to know and like. Quite a common denominator, this alcohol thing!
