Courtesy--such a little word, but something so often overlooked or taken for granted. The AA way of life has begun to sink in, just a little, I guess, because I suddenly find myself, not only using words that imply I care about others, but also trying to take actions to show I care. Courtesy is one of those beautiful words, and doesn't being courteous show how much you care about another person?
