Carrying the Message

This is all about miracles in our group. When I first joined it, in January 1972, it had nineteen members. Fifteen of us had only a few months or days of sobriety. We have fought and argued, ranted and raved, laughed and cried. In spite of it all, we are making it, still nineteen strong. From February 1972 to February 1973, we had eleven one-year birthdays, and a few members who had slips are now coming along beautifully, with eight months, seven months, etc.
