THIS INCIDENT probably occurred in a better-class bistro, with table service. Anyway, a waiter was hurrying to serve a drink when he tripped and spilled a highball, ice cubes and all, down into the low-cut front of a woman's dress. She gasped and leaped upward like a gazelle, overturning the table, then clutched her bosom and bolted for the ladies' room.
