TWO SISTERS who had developed a taste for vodka martinis as college students were home for their Christmas vacation, and they asked their mother to include a bottle of the stuff when she bought the holiday liquor supply. At the store, the woman handed the proprietor her list, then added, "And a bottle of vodka, too."
