I'M SURE the spirit of St. Valentine hovers over us, for where would we be without the women? As our co-founder Bill W. said in a 1966 letter, "And, speaking for Dr. Bob and myself, I gratefully declare that had it not been for our wives, Anne and Lois, neither of us could have lived to see AA's beginning."
