World Service Meeting Has Long-Range Impact

All around the world, in the 14 countries and areas that sent Delegates to the second World Service Meeting, AAs are discussing the questions raised and the experience shared at that fruitful gathering. The greetings extended at the start by Dr. John L. Morris, nonalcoholic chairman of the AA General Service Board, pointed out that "Today, new forces are at work and changes are worldwide. Unless we share in meetings like this, our adaptations to those forces and changes in our own countries may strain our understanding of each other and our unity."
