'Most Destructive' Drug?
New York, N.Y.--When the Governor [Nelson Rockefeller] said marijuana had an adverse effect on people, he was pressed by youngsters who wanted to know why he felt less troubled about alcohol. He explained that, in his view, while alcoholism was a serious problem, at least a drunkard has "the willpower to stop," while the marijuana smoker might not.
