On the DWI Front

WASHINGTON, D. C.--The United States Transportation Department is spending $82,000,000 to test experimental methods of catching drunks on the road, of accelerating courtroom machinery and increasing convictions, and detecting and rehabilitating so-called problem drinkers, who the government says are responsible for most alcohol-related accidents.
