Carrying the Message

I just picked up the November 1972 Grapevine and read "AA Roulette." You've gone and done it again. Just a few minutes before reading the article, I was thinking of drinking (sociable-like), and you spoiled all that for me. All the creativity has gone out of my life--calling up the job and making sick, sick excuses, finding the hair of the dog. Also the creative imagination--the fun of hallucinating, people and animals popping up all over the room. And the joys of cleaning up the apartment when all the wee people have gone away and the shakes have gone (if I'm lucky enough to be around).
