Spiritual and Federal Program

A unique treatment program for alcoholics geared to the cultural idiosyncrasies of the Cheyenne-Arapaho Indians is in progress in Clinton, Okla. The program is supported by a grant from the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare, and the director and originator is Bernard S. Albaugh.
