An AA doctor points out areas in which we could be faulted
As A RECOVERING alcoholic on the AA program and also as a physician who works entirely with alcoholics (forty to fifty hours a week), I am becoming very adamant on the subjects of gossip and "playing doctor." Both of these problems are causing serious repercussions within AA, and we are losing many members because of intolerance and closed-mindedness.
