Resentments
LIKE MOST newcomers to the program, I was told that it was important to avoid resentments and that I should never harbor thoughts dangerous to my well-being. I was told to let others know if something they did or said disturbed me in any way; I was also told that I could not expect the world to act in such a way as to please me at all times. I wondered just how to reconcile these two thoughts.
