Getting Yourself Out of Debt

Good advice for the newcomer who finds himself in a financial mess--and some principles that should be helpful to all of us.

BY THE TIME an alcoholic is introduced to a program of recovery, he is usually in such severe emotional, marital, and financial trouble that he feels there is no hope at all for him to regain the status he may once have had in the community. Is that your situation? If you can learn an effective way to begin straightening out the financial mess, I believe you may find some of your other problems becoming resolved, too.
