Carrying the Message

Before AA, I worked part-time at Christmastimes for the LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) and caused much trouble with my drinking. After contacting AA and starting on my road to sobriety, I again worked in a liquor store and was immediately told to stay out of the cellar, where the stock was kept. It took three years of staying sober, one day at a time, before I was allowed downstairs again.
