Taking the Bitter with the Better
The trip home is a long one; there are blessings to count, and there is sorrow, too
AFTER VIEWING Days of Wine and Roses for the first time, I was especially grateful that my husband and I both had found happy sobriety in AA. But the movie saddened me, too, for it brought to mind that all alcoholics do not grasp the AA way of life.
