Does a Pill Jag Count as a Slip?

Since 1948, when this article was published, there have been changes in general attitudes, medical opinion, and laws on the drugs mentioned here--as well as in the prices. But it is historically interesting that AA members were concerned about misuse of these drugs long before the public as a whole became aroused.
