Researchers at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden have tested a chemical which nullifies the stimulating [sic] effects of alcohol and produces tiredness and apathy instead. Alphamethyltyrosine is said to produce no unpleasant symptoms that are associated with drugs like disulfiram [Antabuse].
