I had to let go of the world and its problems, for I could scarcely solve my own. I had to let go of a cruel God to grasp a kind, loving God. Today, I find my God in the sea, in the air, in the grain of sand, in the seeds that sprout in my garden--even in that crazy bird that screeches at the first light of day, like fingernails on a blackboard. That bird really is gross. But then, how many times am I not an offender? We accept each other.
