AROUND THE TABLES, I feel congratulations should be extended to each participant in the discussion and to the group as a whole, then to the area and onward till every AA has received a message of good cheer and gratitude for a job well done. Congratulations to each and every one from me, for today has passed almost into tomorrow, and here I am--because of you other AAs--sober, happy, joyous, serene, excited, pleased, and, in general, thankful about this great life. I wouldn't want AA as a whole or any individual member not to realize what an excellent job each has performed. I am sober! I am sober!
