The Clinking Dime

I DON'T KNOW how it is where you are, but around here it's a quarter in the raffle and a quarter in the collection basket. For your half-dollar, you get a seat up front (if you take the program seriously), all the coffee you can drink (with or without cream and sugar--your choice), and more doughnuts and/or other goodies than you should eat, plus one and a half hours of educational entertainment.
