Divorce After Sobriety
It does happen and it's not easy, but application of AA principles can help
AFTER I HAD been sober for nine years in AA, my wife asked for a divorce. I was shocked. I could have understood if she had wanted one when I was drinking, but when I was sober and working the program, it didn't seem to make sense. I turned for help to my AA friends, and I found that there were very-few men and women in AA with a similar experience. Nor was there much of anything in AA literature about this problem.
