In all our affairs

While shopping in a very busy, crowded supermarket, I noticed how everyone seemed to be in such a hurry that shoving and pushing were a necessity for many. I, too, seemed to do what everyone else seemed to be doing--then, suddenly, I stopped. Meditated a minute, "What is my hurry?" I said to myself. "I don't have to push and shove. I'll stop and let all who desire go as they please. Then I'll proceed."
