Sense and nonsense on the road to recovery
THAT STORY is about as logical as this one, about two hunters who had hit the liquid refreshments hard while on a duck shoot. One chap, who probably thought he was aiming at a flock, dropped a lone, high-flying mallard. As he went to retrieve it, his friend called after him, "You didn't need to shoot it. The fall alone would have killed it."
