Who's in Charge Here?

As many AA groups do, we regularly meet in a room of one of our local churches. One evening, a group of us were standing and sitting around before the meeting convened. The parson of the church came in. He asked, "Which of you is in charge of this group?" We looked at each other and shuffled our feet. Nobody replied. He tried again. Same thing. Nobody knew what to say.
