The Worst Enemy

It's our own choice whether to be proud and happy or degraded and miserable

MOST ALCOHOLICS have moaned, at some time in their lives, "I'm my own worst enemy." Since our problems with booze were self-induced, our potential for recovery in Alcoholics Anonymous depends largely on how good we are to ourselves.
