Waiting for 'the hand of AA'
My husband has not joined AA, although he has attended some meetings over the years. I know he loves the program and the people, but he needs encouragement from the members, which he has never gotten. It has been five years since he was first exposed to AA, and no one ever cared enough to spend a little lime with him to make him feel personally welcomed.
