Sense and nonsense on the road to recovery

HERE'S ANOTHER mind-reading effort. An American manufacturer who couldn't speak French was sitting in a Paris bistro enjoying the native wines, when he spied a pretty young lass and beckoned her to join him. Despite the language barrier, they smiled and nodded and drank together for about an hour, until finally the young woman said something in her native tongue, which, of course, he didn't understand. So she took a paper napkin and drew a picture of a bed.
