This Joyous Island
Gone now is the agony of waiting for the boat to bring the booze
THE TROUBLE is that I live on an offshore island with twenty-four non-AA people. This tiny island, about six miles off the mainland, is wildly beautiful and lonely. The only means of transport is an open boat that makes the voyage once a day (twice if you are lucky).
