It is hard for me to realize I'm seventy-four. The years speed by so quickly when we keep busy with things we love to do. As long as I can draw a breath, I shall not allow my mind to vegetate, as I've seen some do. These past twenty-four years--24 hours at a time--have been happy and spiritually productive, even with life's ups and downs. With the help of God and AA, the downs have helped me appreciate the ups, and I've learned something from them all to help me keep on growing, in all my affairs.
