Recently, I received a Grapevine renewal notice. In my check stubs, I find that I sent a check to you February 20, for renewal of my subscription. Hence, it would seem either the check went astray, or they crossed paths, or you screwed up, which I doubt, or I screwed up and dropped the mail in a trash can instead of a mailbox, which I doubt also. AAs just don't normally screw up. Not after three years of sobriety, at least. Be assured, if the canceled check shows up with my bank statement, I'll tell you. If the check doesn't show, I'll send another, and we can both assume it's the lousier and lousier post office department.
