Fine days in all weathers

We are having one of our unusual storms. Yesterday, everybody thought they would be wearing an Easter outfit, but if this weather continues today and tomorrow, it will be fur parkas, high boots, and northern Ontario mukluks (Indian-made and very warm). I can't understand why I should be so happy on a day like this. I can remember forgetting to pick up enough wine for a three-day holiday, and just about going bananas. Here it is Good Friday, and I didn't even think about wine. The fridge contains food--a far cry from those days. In fact, we didn't have a fridge; the bailiff had taken that along with the stove and washer. If anyone had told me to try AA, I would surely have laughed at them and said, "Who, me?"
