To a doctor--wherever he is
I want to write a thank-you note to the doctor who motivated me to go to AA almost five years ago. The only problem is that I do not remember the hospital I was in when I met him, nor do I remember the month or the year. I remember the city, but not which name I was using at the time. I suppose I could tell him all four or five names I used, but he wouldn't remember anyway.
