WHEN I WAS thirteen years old, Hitler invaded my country, Austria. As a Jew, I was subjected to the horrors of man's inhumanity to man for two years. Miraculously, I came to these blessed free shores of the United States. Anyone in her right mind would have felt free and reborn.
