DNADA C. OF FLORIDA also sent in a horse story, about a farmer who went to a fair in search of a good trotter for his buggy. He found one, owned by a preacher, which had only one flaw. Instead of using the words "giddap" and "whoa" to start and halt the animal, the minister had trained it to respond to "Thank the Lord" and "amen."
