Note to the village drunk
Being a drunk in a small town did not seem to embarrass me too much. I drank with my fellow workers, and the odd time, one would make a remark that I was loaded last night. Thirty-five years of this, and I finally hit bottom. Having a wonderful wife kept finances in fair shape and the family together.
