Who needs meetings?
Before I started attending AA meetings, and for too many months after, I thought all I needed was the knowledge about not drinking anything with alcohol in it. I did not like the AA people and told myself I didn't need them. I had been difficult to live with when I drank, and I was difficult to live with sober. My wife will vouch for that, believe me.
