AL McK. OF CANADA says we should believe this tale, because it's true. It concerns a newcomer to AA who was having trouble sobering up. His group met at a hotel, and it was his custom to attend meetings half-bagged, leave as soon as they were over, call a cab, and head for his favorite bar.
