Allergy warning
All my life, I've needed extensive dental care. Since I joined AA, I've always had a question in the back of my mind about anesthesia, and about the use of drugs of any kind. In talking about it with my sponsor and others in AA, I've found the consensus is that Novocain for use in dental work is not a mind-bending drug, and unless we are allergic to it, it's okay.
