The tricky ways of anger

Most of my adult life, I have been acting angry, as opposed to actually feeling anger. I would yell and scream at my wife and kids for no reason at all. I was using anger as a way of behavior because it gave me a sense of righteousness and even power. But I've learned in AA that even if I'm dead right, it's easier on my system to give ground once in a while. If I yield, I find that others will, too.
