The Spirit Awake
A SPIRITUAL experience can go unrecognized, unless the spirit is awakening. A spirit awake can begin to nod and finally go back to sleep if left unstimulated, unused. And from the soul-asleep-but-body-walking state, it is all too easy to slip back into looking for pleasure with alcohol. I know. I lived it. I almost did not live to tell about it.
