I Wasn't That Bad!

EARLY IN MY recovery, this alcoholic made a near tragic error, which almost drove me back to drinking. I listened to drinking stories at meetings in the hope of finding someone with a story exactly like mine. Needless to say, this search was futile. More important, it stopped me from identifying with other alcoholics.
