HERE IN THE OFFICE, we frequently receive from institutions, treatment centers, rehabs, halfway houses, and so on requests for free subscriptions. We have great sympathy for the individuals or groups making such requests, for in every case they are financially unable to subscribe. Unfortunately, though, we've had to establish the policy that we cannot do for one what we cannot do for all in the same circumstances, and we are financially unable to give subscriptions to all who request and deserve them.
