A DIFFERENT KIND OF ANIMAL was involved in this anecdote about a hitchhiker. The latter was picked up by a motorist who had a large carton, punched full of air holes, on the back seat of the car. Finally overcome with curiosity, the passenger asked, "What's in that box?"
