How to Tell When You're an Old-timer

IT'S EASY enough to tell when you're getting old; for a start, you prefer to call it middle-aged. But you know you've had it, for example, when you're waiting at the bus stop and thinking about this nice young lady standing there, and when the bus arrives, she stands aside to let you get on first. Or young people call you "sir" or "mister." You're getting old.
