About three and a half years ago, I came into AA a miserable, confused, and befuddled senior citizen. They let me come in and sit down. Nobody ran me out. I knew nothing of the lingo, and what they talked about sounded strange to me. I became aware they were being extra kind to me, and felt the warmth of their fellowship.
