Mind Over Matter

Who said we can't overcome the desire for alcohol? Why, we can do anything if we want to. Look at some of the impossible tasks we accomplish. We outwit our wives and families and get out of scrapes with the law, and nobody ever knows we've been drinking. We drive on the wrong side of the road and never hit anyone. Why, you couldn't do that if you were sober! We become magicians--we can make beer cans and bottles disappear. Double-quick, we can pour whiskey into containers that would take anyone else an hour to fill with an eyedropper.
