AROUND THE TABLES, let's hear cheers for the AA program. Let's hear it for sobriety and happiness; throw in a song for the simple joy of living one wonderful day without a drink. Let's raise our coffee or tea cups to emotional well-being, to serenity, to clear heads, to our families. Let's pound the table for attention to honesty, to open-mindedness. Let's remind one another of what it was like, what happened, and especially what it is like now--or should be like.
