A MAN FROM ONE of the Northern states, touring through the Deep South, stopped at a restaurant and ordered a pre-dinner martini. "Would y'all care for the regular or the deluxe?" asked the waitress. "What's the difference between them?" asked the tourist. "Well, sir," she replied sweetly, "with the deluxe, we serve a side dish of grits."
